Refund policy

At NailCheck we want you to shop with peace of mind. This policy explains when you can return a product and how to do it. It does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

We only accept returns if the pack is sealed

NailCheck stickers are delivered in sealed packs. The product is applied to the nail and comes into contact with drinks, so, for health protection and hygiene reasons, an opened pack cannot be resold safely.

For this reason, and in accordance with article 103.e) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal does not apply to packs that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.

Right of withdrawal (unopened pack)

If you have not opened the pack, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.

  • Return the product with the seal intact, unused and in its original packaging.
  • To exercise this right, email us at nailcheck.shop@gmail.com with your order number, or send us the withdrawal form at the end of this policy.
  • We will give you the return address. Please do not send the parcel without contacting us first.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by you.
  • We will refund the amount paid, including standard initial shipping costs, within 14 days of you notifying us of your decision, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product and check that the seal is intact.

If the pack reaches us opened or with the seal damaged by handling after delivery, we cannot accept the return. In that case we will send it back to you at your expense, or keep it available for you.

Damaged, defective or wrong products

This is different from withdrawal and applies even if you have opened the pack.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or is not what you ordered, email us at nailcheck.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will send you a new product at no cost or refund your money, whichever you prefer. We will cover any shipping costs needed.
  • We offer this fast handling for 90 days after delivery.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped. Email us as soon as possible at nailcheck.shop@gmail.com.
