Free shipping
For now we only ship to addresses in Spain. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.
Delivery times
- Delivery time: between 7 and 10 business days from payment confirmation, including order preparation.
- Shipping zone: Spain only. If your address is outside Spain, you will not be able to complete the purchase.
Delivery times are estimates. They may be longer during periods of high demand, on public holidays or for reasons beyond our control, such as customs, carrier incidents or bad weather.
Tracking
When we ship your order we will send you an email with the tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to show any movement.
Taxes
Prices include VAT. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to local taxes or customs formalities (IGIC, IPSI), payable by the recipient.
Wrong address or undelivered parcel
Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible at nailcheck.shop@gmail.com. If the parcel is returned to us because the address is wrong or nobody collects it, we will contact you to resend it; the new shipment may have a cost.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived 15 business days after purchase, email us with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and, if the parcel has been lost, we will send you a new one or refund your money.
