1. Who we are

This NailCheck online store is operated, with tax ID (NIF) 48196159G and registered address in Barcelona, Spain, under the brand NailCheck. Contact: nailcheck.shop@gmail.com.

2. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Store and the purchases you make in it. By placing an order you declare that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms, the Shipping policy, the Refund policy and the Privacy policy.

3. The product and responsible use

NailCheck are nail stickers with a reactive area designed to change color in the presence of some substances used to spike drinks. Read and follow the instructions on the packaging.

  • NailCheck is an indicative tool and an extra layer of precaution. It does not detect every possible substance, and no color change does not guarantee that a drink is safe.
  • The result may be affected by the type of drink, the concentration of the substance, temperature, light or use other than as directed.
  • NailCheck is not a medical device and does not replace medical care. If you or someone around you feels unwell, ask the venue staff for help immediately or call 112.
  • For external use. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children. Each sticker is single-use.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping is free and, for now, we only ship within Spain, with a delivery time of 7 to 10 business days. We may change prices at any time, but the price in force when you place your order applies. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by external providers and we do not store your full card details.

5. Purchase process and contract

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order due to an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or lack of stock; in that case we will refund everything you paid.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery times and conditions are set out in the Shipping policy. The right of withdrawal and its exceptions, including unsealed packs for health and hygiene reasons, and the handling of defective products are set out in the Refund policy.

7. Liability

We are responsible for ensuring that the products conform to their description and to applicable regulations. As the product is indicative, we are not liable for damage resulting from use other than as instructed or from relying on it as the only means of protection. Nothing above limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logos and designs of the Store belong to NailCheck or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any complaint, email us at nailcheck.shop@gmail.com. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
